I thought this was a problem with the hosting service (bandwidth limit was reached), but I have the same issue with Sourceforge, and FileZilla 2.2.32 doesn't have this issue with either site. When I try to upload a large file, the progress bar will shoot to ~100KB finished (and I'm using dialup, so there's no way I can get 100Kb in less than a second) and stop. It will act like it's uploading, and after ~10 seconds, I get time out errors and (usually) a lost connection. After another few seconds it will ask me what to do (overwrite/resume/skip/etc.) even if the file didn't exist previously. I guess it uploads a little of the file and tries to upload again. In this example, I had it try to overwrite, and the cycle repeated. Then I had it resume, and the same thing happened. This example is with digital-signal.net (FTPES), but the exact same thing happens with Sourceforge (FTP). I can do the same thing and provide a log with Sourceforge if you want. I've also included a log from 2.2.32 with an attempt to upload the same file from the same place to the same place. The upload was successful with 2.2.32."
