directory comparison - strange results! — at Initial Version

Description
Hi,
I have a remote directlory with over 10,000 files in it. I also have a caopy that is on my PC. I'm trying to check that everything is consistent but I'm getting strange results e,g, the directory comparisin is reporting files as bein not present on the remote directory when they ARE there! I think there's a bug as when I try to upload the file that is sen as 'missing' the file disappears from the listing of the remote directory!
