    11I had previously been using a much older version (dated 2015) that I had been seeing this issue on earlier today, and so I upgraded to the latest, and the issue is still present, so it's not a new issue, just something in functionality I hadn't been doing prior to today.

     3Though this is on a connection through my workplace, so it is possible that there is some sort of proxy caching going on that's caching the expected FTP response.  I can try again tonight on my home connection without a proxy in place and will update this ticket accordingly.
