In the miscellaneous options of filezilla server, the
option " Allow downloading of files which are open for
writing by another process" can not work correctly.
After unchecking it, when i open it again the option
is checked.

Ditto elsapo, this bug is present in FileZilla Server 0.0.98
beta.
To be more specific, the UI shows the opposite of what is
selected in the .xml file. (Checked when .xml is 0,
unchecked when .xml is 1)
