#1024 | Processor usage when connection times out
Description |
I noticed this problem only when using Filezilla on a Windows XP64 machine, Nforce4 Pro, Dual Opteron. When connected with Filezilla I often transfer items and continue on to other tasks. After a period of time, my connection is automatically disconnected from the server. At some point when this happens and after I have used the connection for transferring files my dual processor usage will fly up to 60%+ (a rarity). I use sftp to connect to the remote server and I have not yet identified all of the specific conditions but it appears to continue to poll the processor with this thread until I kill that Filezilla thread. |

#1853 | default action when file exists, both upload and download
Description |
Currently (v2.1.9a) you can only set a "global" default action when a target file exists. I would like to request that there is a seperate default action when uploading a file to the server and when downloading a file from the server. For example, I know that if I upload a file, 99.9% of the time I want it to always overwrite it. But if I accidentaly click on a file on the server side, I don't want it to overwrite the local file. Would be nice if I could have a different setting for both. This would also be easier for people to transition over from other clients. For example, CuteFTP has this. |

#12962 | rejected | 'Check for FileZilla updates Automatically' option is not being respected by program.
Description |
Hi team, I have my version to not to check for updates, and yet everytime I start up FileZilla it tells me there is an update available. I'm running FileZilla 3.62.2 We run it on computers that need admin access to update and so it's just an extra step each day to remove the pop up prompt. Cheers, Steve FileZilla Client Version: 3.62.2 Build information:
