Like a lot of users I need to sync filezilla across multiple computers, this often involves complex or time consuming procedures that don't always work reliably.

With this in mind please simply allow users to choose the location of sitemanager.xml in settings.

When adding a dirtree to the download queue, filezilla does not honor the alpha order of the file names when I believe that it should or at least offer an option to do so.

One can reproduce this very easily: On the server from which to download, do:

mkdir test cd test for i in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9; do touch $i; done

Now connect to the server with filezilla and drag the "test" folder into the download queue and begin downloading. The order is not: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

For me, the order was: 6 1 2 4 8 5 3 9 7

The Already Connected dialog is klunky and bothersome because it nags every time the user uses the quick connect feature on an existing connection. The reason the user is using the quick connect feature (the little down arrow on the Site Manager button) is to save clicks... Only to be repeatedly confronted with the same question over and over again: An "Already Connected" dialog asking if the user wants to change the existing connection or start a new tab.

The dialog should include a checkbox "Set as default (can be changed in Edit -> Settings)", The user should have the option to check the box, setting a default, and should be able to change or remove the default in preferences.
