I regularly upload 5000 plus files - there is a mix of small ones (under 100k) and large ones (over 50M)and several files that have not changed at all - so use overwrite only if changed You operate two parallel ftp channels. These tend to be response time limit when dealing with short files and bandwidth limited when transferring large files. By selecting one channel only to do the biggest files first and the other to do smallest files first, you will get better use of bandwidth |
