Directory comparison function shows unexpected results in some cases

Description

With FileZilla 3.9.0-beta1 the directory comparison function shows unexpected results in some cases.

Sometimes if a file or folder is missing on server, all following files or folders are shown as being missing although there are matching items.

I attached an example. FileZilla 3.8.1. with the same settings shows the expected result.

Thanks, fixed. Bug was introduced via #9402.

Please try tomorrow's 2014-06-23 nightly.
