'Process Queue' button behavior broken

Description

If downloading a queue and the server disconnects for
some reason, pressing the 'Process Queue' button again
will have no effect. One must use the menu
option 'Queue -> Process Queue' to get it going again.
Tested in 1.7b

Will be fixed in FileZilla 1.8 which may be released this
weekend.
