Can't drag files onto filezilla

Description
This seems like the weirdest problem to have. I've been shown that its a simple drag n drop, but i can't drop my docs onto filezilla. This is keeping me from moving forward with my website. Is this a firewall issue? I have Mcaffe on my computer. Let me know if seeing the docs simplifies.

How is this a blocker? It doesn't affect all users. Any particular reason why you didn't read the 'New Ticket' form guide and follow its instructions?
The most common reason for Drag&Drop issues under Vista is running processes with different elevation level. Restart all affected programs, do not confirm any UAC prompts you get, they prevent drag&drop to/from the elevated process.
