Folders in Site manager not working

Description
I have just downloaded v1.7 and I like to idea of
folders within the Site manager, however I cannot seem
to get them to stay around! I add a New folder and a
site within it - exit the Site manager - when I go back
into the Site manager, the folder (and the site within)
are both gone!
Also would it be possible to implement drag-n-drop
within the site manager so that you can move existing
sites into folders, etc.
