Transfer stops at 32Mb through a proxy

Description

It works fine downloading into my intranet, but
always stops just at 32Mb downloading files
through a proxy.

got that problem too. to solve, set speed limit to 31 kb/s.
yea, it's slow, but, hey, it works...
